Nothing is happening yet- darn!! I'm ready for this baby! Well, let's define ready... perhaps my house isn't as orderly as it could/should be before baby comes but besides that, I'm ready. Yes, I should have my house a little more tidy but I'm almost over it. Okay, not exactly. I'll still be working on projects around here. You would think my house would be spotless but somehow we mess it up in no time.
Anyways, we're anxious. Plus, the doctor says the baby is measuring big and she already is c-section happy so I'm wanting to get this moving along here before she has a chance to go there. An emergency c-section is one thing but this doc is more about getting in and out, getting paid more from a surgery delivery and worried about covering her butt legally then about what is best for mom and baby. Why am I with her you ask... that's a LONG story. We've tried switching but insurance issues and then by the time some of that was sorted, most docs wouldn't take me since I was too far along already. Trust me, its been a sad mess. I pray every night that things will work out for the best because I don't care for my doc. Just hoping for the best and will get the nurses on my good side since they spend most of the time with you anyways. In the meantime, send good mojo my way that this baby will get moving here soon so we can beat the doctors "clock".

we can't wait!!!! any day now shann:) love you. xo xo xo
Shan,
You should get a massage, I hear that helps move things along. Or at least it will relax you while you wait for the little one to come. As for that doctor, you don't have to agree to the c-section if you don't feel it's necessary...the nurses at the hospital can help tell you what they think (needed or not). Hang in there...Love ya!
I'm sending prayers your way. :) And, speaking as a labor and delivery nurse, they're going to LOVE you. You're exactly the kind of patient every nurse wants. Good luck with a timely labor!
Shan, I know you...and I know you will put your foot down when it comes to delivering your baby natually. You can do it! I'm praying for you everyday.
